On Thursday, Oct. 5th the Oklahoma House of Representatives held a Judicial-Criminal Interim Study on a death penalty moratorium. Speakers included Witness to Innocence Executive Director Herman Lindsey and Witness to Innocence Board Member Robert Dunham.
