Joe Cota Morales is 192nd Death Row Exoneree
Joe Cota Morales was exonerated in 1982 but was only recently added to the Death Penalty Information Center's list of death row exonerations. This brings the number of exonerees to 192! With so many people still on death row with strong evidence of innocence, we hope to see more and more people gain their freedom and join the list of exonerees.
