Juan Melendez speaks at CU Boulder

On April 4, 2019, death row exoneree Juan Melendez visited University of Colorado Boulder to share his story. He spoke to two classes: about 60 students in a death penalty class and over 100 in an introduction to sociology class.

Professor Mike Radelet stated that Juan "was a smash hit," and his stories inspired "five students asking how they can get further involved in anti-death penalty and prison reform work."
