11/19/17: Cruel and Unusual - A Second Failed Execution in Ohio

Witness to Innocence had a presence for the protest of Alva Campbell execution (which failed). WTI Board Chair Kwame Ajamu is quoted: "Here is a man who is so severely sick that if he laid down, he would literally pass away. And someone in this paid facility in the State of Ohio actually took the time to figure out and devise a way to kill Mr. Campbell. They call people on death row the 'worst of the worst.'
