NJ Indivisible chapter hosts exoneree Shujaa Graham

The Trenton/Lambertville, New Jersey chapter of the grassroots organization Indivisible recently hosted an event with almost 50 attendees, all eager to make a difference. Death row exoneree Shujaa Graham gave a powerful talk, speaking about being wrongfully convicted and sentenced to death, which brought tears to his eyes as well as the audience.

Shujaa was also inspirational, sharing the importance of organizing for social justice. He received a standing ovation and the audience was so moved by his words that the facilitators needed to have everyone take a deep breath before moving on to the next speaker.
